Use these bare outlet bodies for connecting to other threaded pipe systems like copper or black pipe
Each side of outlet has an extra ½” NPT port, 2 plugs included
Outside or Thru Wall Outlet Kit:
#F1024W Outside or Thru Wall Outlet, 3/4” Fastpipe, 1/2″ Female NPT Out
#F2024W Outside or Thru Wall Outlet, 1” Fastpipe, 1/2″ Female NPT Out
Outside Outlets use aluminum block M81010
Mounting Pipe:
Hanging-use a beam clamp, threaded rod and loop hanger
Wall/ceiling Mount-use our pipe clip with a fastener and a 5/16 hex nut as a backer
Strut mount-Use the Rapidair cushion clamps
Spacing for all mounting should be every 10 ft and one side of a fitting
Compressor Hookup: use a jumper hose to a Filter/Regulator unit
The air from the air compressor must enter the port labeled “IN” on the filter/regulator
Saddle drops can be installed at any location on the pipe to add another outlet point. We do recommend using a tee fitting for the initial installation.
Assembling Pipe Thread
Assemble all NPT threads with two wraps of Thread tape and then PIPE SEALANT which prevents thread galling.
